Every day there is a new AI tool and a louder claim, but almost all of the advice is aimed at marketers, content creators or people in the tech industry.

Who we are. Royyk is the data controller for this website. Contact us at info@royyk.com or 1-2 Marino Mart, Fairview, Dublin 3, Ireland.
What we collect and why. When you contact us, we use your name, email and message to reply, based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or taking steps you ask for before a contract. When you browse, cookies collect technical data, as set out in our cookie policy below. We never sell your data or use it for automated decisions about you.
The AI Exchange Rate tool. When you download a report from our AI Exchange Rate tool, we save your email, your country and the budget estimate the tool gave you. We use this to keep a record of who has used the tool, based on our legitimate interest in understanding demand for our services. We only send you emails if you tick the box to receive updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Everything else you type into the tool stays in your own browser and is not sent to us.
The Magpie guide. When you sign up for our free Magpie guide, we save your first name (if you give it), your email, and that you agreed to hear from us, with the date. We use this to send you the guide and the occasional Royyk email, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Free guides. When you download one of our free guides (Gemini Prompt Pack, AI Jargon, Translated, Build Your First Gem or What Not to Paste), we save your first name, your email, which guide you chose and, if you tick the box, that you agreed to hear from us, with the date. We use this to send you the guide and keep a record of who has downloaded it, based on our legitimate interest in understanding demand for our services. We only send you other emails if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with. Trusted providers who run the site and our email on our behalf, including Wix (hosting) and Google Workspace (email), and WhatsApp if you message us there. Some may process data outside the EEA under approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Embedded YouTube videos are covered by Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it. Enquiries, AI Exchange Rate sign-ups, Magpie guide sign-ups and free guide sign-ups for up to two years after our last contact, longer only where the law requires it for clients.
Your rights. Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or get a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@royyk.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
